The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Framework on Access for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) is a product of collective effort. Several people and stakeholders contributed in many ways to its development up to this stage.
The Commission, as a reform-minded institution undergirded by the overall objective of engendering an all-inclusive political process, took upon itself the task of institutionalizing the Framework for a more inclusive electoral process.
