The Independent National Electoral Commission has approved Fifty (50) Observer groups to participate in the forth coming Kogi and Bayelsa states Governorship Elections scheduled for 21st November, and 5th December, 2015 respectively.
This is sequel to the initial applications as contained in the completed Form EPMC 01 and assessed by the Commission. The approved groups are as follows;

The above listed groups are to obtain, complete and return Form EPMC 002 for the two elections from the Elections and Party Monitoring Department, INEC Headquarters, Maitama, Abuja between 8.00am to 4.00am (Monday-Friday) starting from 2nd to 23rd October 2015.
Please note that the photographs of your members for deployment in the two states along with their names are to be submitted in hard and soft copies (CD drive please- using J PEG) to the Elections and Party Monitoring Department, INEC latest Friday 23rd October, 2015. Late submission will not be entertained.
The date for distribution of observer kits in the two states will be communicated in due course.
