Ahead of the Chairmanship and Councillorship elections scheduled for Saturday, 9th April 2016, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is to begin accreditation of Journalists on Wednesday 6th April at 10:00 a.m.
The accreditation will take place at the penthouse of the INEC Headquarters Annex II, No. 10 Blantyre Street, off Ademola Adetokumbo Street, Abuja.
Journalists who wish to be accredited to cover the elections are expected to bring along with them letters of introduction from their organizations and two passport photographs. They are also expected to identify themselves with their corporate identity cards.
